Finished in kid-safe lead-free lightly distressed low-sheen cherry tones it is constructed from select rustic cherry solids and veneers and boasts clean lines and a simple yet elegant look. The slatted and arched bed ends are accented with rounded finials.The upper bed features safety rails for added security while a sturdy angled ladder makes climbing into the top bunk easy. The lower bed is perfect for a younger sibling and helps optimize floor space. The bed includes two sets of wood rails and two sets of wood slat roll mattress supports that eliminate the need for box springs or bunkie boards. The Hi-Lo adjustable locking system allows the bed to work safely with or without a box spring. The Hi-lock position raises the bed to accommodate under bed storage or sleep options.
