The traditional Winsloh Daybed makes use of a rustic lodge motif by combining beautiful woodwork and a stark metallic frame. This contrast gives this piece a warm comfortable appearance. The side and back frame bars feature mellow sloping lines to enhance the inviting feel of this daybed. This daybed boasts fully welded construction with heavy-gauge round tubing and solid wire scrolls. Wood posts come in a Medium Oak finish and the frame is a deep textured black. A trundle is an extra mattress frame stored beneath a daybed which slides out to provide additional sleeping space when needed. Daybeds.com optional trundle packages include a metal pop-up style trundle. They can be left in the lowered position or elevated in the pop-up position to align with the primary daybed mattress. The pop-up feature allows the daybed to transform from a twin size daybed into a king size bed.Creating a king size bed out of a daybed and a pop-up trundle is easy and with the Create-A-King mattress connector it will be so comfortable you'll never know it comprises two twin mattresses.
